Wiem, że powyższe trzy można przetłumaczyć jako "rozwiązanie" i "likwidację", problem polega na tym, że wszystkie trzy pojawiają się w jednym zdaniu i brakuje mi trzeciego synonimu:

"Winding up and placing the Partnership into liquidation or winding up without liquidation, if the assets pass to a successor in title, shall precede the dissolution of the Partnership." Tytuł ustępu brzmi "Winding up and Liquidation of the Partnership."

Rozwiązanie spółki powodują:
1) przyczyny przewidziane w umowie spółki;
2) jednomyślna uchwała wszystkich wspólników;
3) ogłoszenie upadłości spółki;
