I am pretty sure this is referring to "Portable" (Translation : Mobile) because it is followed by a phone number (in a business letter referring to a 3rd party contact), but I have never seen it abbreviated like this and am not getting any online confirmation. Can someone please confirm from the KudoZ community? Thank you in advance!
