Consultado as plantas de referência para a zona, verifica-se que, para o terreno, o COS (coeficiente de ocupação do solo - quociente entre a área total de construção e a área urbanizável) é de 0,2, donde resulta uma área de construção total de 712,00 m2, acima do solo.
Segundo as informações obtidas e de acordo com as potencialidades da zona, poderemos ponderar a construção de anexos que não se torna exequível."

Es handelt sich hierbei um ein Immobiliengutachten. Die Immobilie hat neben dem bebauten Grundstücksabschnitt einen (bebaubaren) nicht bebauten Abschnitt. Ich verstehe hier nicht das "não".
