En dependencias como sala de ventas, oficinas, sala de desgustación, vivienda de guarda y estancias de propietarios, el pavimento elegido es el gres rectificado de primera calidad.
En salas de máquinas, cuadros eléctricos, sala de calderas, sala de bombeo y taller se dispone de pavimento de baldosa de ferrogrés con juntas de resina epoxídica.
