This appears in a Joint Venture Agreement from Colombia. The context is as follows:

B Cuando cualquiera de las partes dé aviso escrito a la otra de su intención de dar por terminado el contrato, caso en el cual el contrato terminará un mes después de dado el aviso. Los honorarios por la prestación de los servicios de coordinación de giros se pagarán conforme a la ultima cuantía acordada hasta la fecha de la terminacion. Ademas del pago de los honorarios causados hasta la fecha de terminación y el depósito de todos los giros ordenados y pagados, no habrá lugar a indemnizacion o ***reconocimientos*** de ninguna naturaleza entre las partes a la terminación del contrato en los términos del present literal.

I want to translate this as 'liabilities' or 'obligations' but am not sure.
