The data processors have access to the software which contains personal data.
What does comunicación signify here?

Explanation:
I think you should find a form of words typical of an English-language contract rather than sticking too closely to the Spanish.

Also, English doesn't make the distinction between "comunicación"(which means sharing it with other parties) and "cesión", which means permanently giving it to someone else and not keeping a copy for yourself. You could therefore translate them both with a single word, such as "disclose" or "share".

I suggest:

"This contract provides access to personal data ... which may not be disclosed to any unauthorised third party."

Thanks - I used disclose - communication sounded to clunky to me - but I don't agree that they can be translated with one word. Disclosing the data may be just revealing it to another person - but transferring could mean removing the data from the database and storing it somewhere else even if it is not disclosed this is still not permitted. I think it is important to make that distinction. Thanks tho!

comunicación.
(Del lat. communicatĭo, -ōnis).
1. f. Acción y efecto de comunicar o comunicarse.
2. f. Trato, correspondencia entre dos o más personas.
(correspondencia also means contract):

correspondencia.
1. f. Acción y efecto de corresponder o corresponderse.
2. f. Trato que tienen entre sí los comerciantes sobre sus negocios.

and I read a lot of contracts where one of the disclaimers is that entering into the agreement in no ways forms any further contract regarding items that may be part of or mentioned in the text

and coupled with cesión, renunciation of something:

cesión1.
(Del lat. cessĭo, -ōnis).
1. f. Renuncia de algo, posesión, acción o derecho, que alguien hace a favor de otra persona.

so I offering "At no moment does access to the data suppose a contract regarding or renunciation of rights of the same."
