Z pewnością dodalibyśmy uwagę, typu: "W wyniku uwłaszczeń dokonanych na podstawie ustawy (...) pow. nieruchomości KW 1 wynosi 1 ha, a nie 10 ha jak podano w dziale pierwszym." Ponadto - chociaż nie wynika to z żadnego obowiązku - zamieścilibyśmy w opracowaniu "Szkic nieruchomości KW 1", który w graficzny sposób obrazowałby "rozliczenie" nieruchomości stanowiącej byłą parcelę nr 1.

Sporządzony wykaz w pełni "rozlicza" nieruchomość ujawnioną w księdze za pomocą działek ewidencyjnych ujawnionych w ewidencji gruntów.
