Sul sito della Caritas Germania ho trovato la seguente spiegazione:

Mitarbeitervertretung (MAV)
In jeder kirchlichen oder caritativen Einrichtung gibt es eine Mitarbeitervertretung (MAV). Ihre gewählten Mitglieder vertreten die Interessen der Mitarbeiter(innen) gegenüber den Dienstgebern. Sie tragen maßgeblich zur Weiterentwicklung der Dienste und Einrichtungen bei. Ihre Aufgaben sind vergleichbar mit denen von Betriebsräten im gewerblichen Bereich und von Personalräten in den öffentlichen Verwaltungen.

Il ***Mitarbeitervertretung*** è dunque un organo comparabile, ma non equivalente al Consiglio aziendale (Betriebsrat) e al Comitato del personale (Personalrat). Esisterà un concetto equivalente in italiano?
