German term or phrase: schaffen
My sentence is part of the General Terms and Conditions for certain online examinations, drawn up by the Company which is the provider of the examinations.
If I use "undertake" for "sich verpflichten", what term should I take for "schaffen"? I'm not sure what it actually means as I haven't seen the "Richtlinien für Technikbeauftrage".
Many thanks for any help towards this!

make all the necessary technical arrangements
Explanation:
What you do with "schaffen" depends on how you translate "technische Voraussetzungen".

"Ensure that the technical requirements are met" would be another option.
