Which version is better? Is there any better way to say it? Thanks.
Ms Faith
I've just received the transcript for my Master's from the University of ABC
Explanation:
I'd add "just" (as 1045 did) since you were expecting this in August and it has just arrived. (I'd also use the Present Perfect tense for the same reason).

Just one "my" (as Jessica said in Disc)

Some people are over-complicating this here.

If this is the transcript of your dissertation or thesis then it is NOT your Master's "degree" as other answerers have put but simply "my Master's" or "my Master's dissertation/thesis" but not "presentation" (never heard it described like that);

You haven't made this clear but I assume you are not talking about your certificate (or parchment)?

as for making it "less personal" I don't see why since this IS very personal and I assume you have to explain the delay in sending this or submitting it.

with the added info I would leave it as my master's as that leaves it open to what thit is. But it's NOT your degree certificate/scroll/parchment and it's NOT your thesis but it's your

The University of XXX issued the transcript of my Master'd degree on YYY

Explanation:
Suggest you make this less personal. The official notification from the Universoity of XXX will have a date (YYY August?) on it, so in your first sentence refer to this date. In a further sentence you could add that you received the document on ZZZ (yesterday?).
