Notify and close (conclude) book of evidence Explanation: DN = Dê Notificação In other words, notify the various parties involved of the judge's ruling. abra conclusão... at various stages of the process, the book of evidence is closed or "concluded" and sent back to the judge for the next decision. In this case the judge orders the clerk to await the deadline for the presentation of new evidence before "concluding" that phase of the process and returning the book of evidence. At that point the judge will make the next ruling, depending on what new evidence, if any, has been presented. In PT-PT court documents, the new section of a book of evidence begins with "CONCLUSÃO: [date]" which closes the book at that point. On a line below that is the abbreviation =CLS= My lawyer explained that means "Let book of evidence be sent to judge" For lack of other explanation, that's the translation I've used for years. |
