English term or phrase: high rack densities
Now you can cover complex parts and high rack densities.

Zdanie z tekstu o lakierach (głównie samochodowych, ale nie tylko). Z góry dziękuję.

wielkie zagęszczenie części na stojakach

Explanation:
I think the parts are coated en masse on the racks, and there is a high density of these parts that are hung from the racks.

Stojaki lakiernicze i warsztatowe
Niezbędnym elementem wyposażenia lakierni są mocowania i uchwyty trzymające elementy do lakierowania i sprzęt lakierniczy. Zapewniamy wszelkie potrzebne produkty w tym zakresie: stoły lakiernicze, stojaki m.in. obrotowe, do papieru czy uchwytów, wózki, uchwyty, podstawki i wiele innych wspierających prace w lakierniach i warsztatach.

Stojak lakierniczy obrotowy

Najpopularniejszy w Europie stojak obrotowy do lakierowania elementów nadwozi pojazdów:

wszystkie elementy ocynkowane.

Reference information:
E-coat lines tend to run faster due to the ability to rack more densely. E-coat parts are typically racked in front, behind, below and above other parts. Because E-coat involves a dip process, the paint comes into contact with all of the parts on a densely racked system, resulting in more square feet being painted than with liquid or powder systems.

Conclusion

In conclusion, all coatings technologies have advantages and disadvantages (Table 2). Liquid coatings typically have the least expensive processes that offer quick color changes and low bake options. Powder coatings are the most environmentally friendly with high transfer efficiencies when reclaim is utilized. E-coat has the lowest cost per square foot due to high material transfer efficiencies, high rack densities and minimal labor requirements. The ability to coat into recessed areas (100% coverage) also makes E-coat the coating of choice for parts with variable configurations. - http://goo.gl/UQLYIS

---------------

Clearly, the use of a superior throwpower e-coat can have a substantial impact on the bottom line, especially at high rack densities. The chart on page 19 shows the percentage excess paint consumption of both the standard and superior throwpower e-coats versus rack density. - http://www.pfonline.com/articles/the-profit-hunt-finding-the...

.. deal for application on conductive substrates. Its good throwing power is also particularly convincing, as it facilitates the coating of parts with complex geometries or high rack densities. - http://www.axaltacs.com/gb/en_GB/industrial-liquid-coatings/...

AquaEC electrocoat uses a highly efficient ionization technology to provide improved throw power to coat difficult to reach places where complex part configuration
and high rack densities are present. - http://goo.gl/zbKiIm

agree  Frank Szmulowicz, Ph. D.: I think these parts are hung on racks in order to expose all their sides. High rack densities refers to the ability to hang a lot of them per unit available rack area for large production throughput.
