Ich übersetze gerade eine Niederschrift über die schriftlich gefassten Beschlüsse zur Gründung einer Gesellschaft. Folgender Satz bereitet mir Schwierigkeiten, insbesondere der o. g. Teil.

RESOLVED, that the par value per share of the common stock of the Corporation be, and the same is, hereby established at ***One and 00/100 Dollar ($1.00)***.

Meine bisherige Übersetzung:
Es wurde der Beschluss gefasst, den Nennwert einer Stammaktie der Gesellschaft hiermit auf ... festzulegen.

Ich habe diese Schreibweise (and 00/100 Dollar) noch nie gesehen und kann gerade gar nichts damit anfangen. Ich bin daher für jede Hilfe dankbar.
