Taken from an authentication document from Costa Rica. The Direccion Nacional de Notariado is authenticating a signature of a Costa Rican notario publico. This document is being translated into English for use in a U.S. court case.

After the official has matched the signature with that on file it goes on to say:
"El presente tramite de legalizacion de firma no implica convalidacion ni prejuzga sobre la legalidad del documento ni de su contenido."
