Lo único que me queda claro es que: "La Seguridad Social fija como Contingencias Profesionales aquellos sucesos que tienen su origen en el desarrollo de una actividad laboral y que producen alteraciones de la salud que tengan la consideración de accidente de trabajo o de enfermedad profesional."
