If it's a book, then "Health Awareness Promotion Among Youth".
"Healthy lifestyle“ ain't gonna swing it: too narrative, vague and yet restrictive.
Here, the notion must also include some basic medical and epidemiological knowledge, etc. Of course, everything we do in life can be attributed to the "lifestyle" but that's stretching the term a little bit too far... :)))
