leak testing Explanation: This is to check that there is no leakage in the pipework I believe. Hence the use of inert nitrogen or even water. It is a strange way to express it. |

pressure testing Explanation: To check for leaks, i.e. the system holds its pressure. Pleased to say when I installed gas for my daughter, passed first time. |
