Albanian term or phrase: çartur
Context:
...therrasin me të madh si të çartur me ulurimën bo bo...

Gasper Kici's Albanian-English dictionary (1978) has cart for delirium, maybe çartur has a connection to that. Or to çars = break, destroy, spoil, ruin and alienate.

A lot of hits for çartur on the web but not enough to let me understand what it means.

rave madly / rave like madmen
Explanation:
The meaning in this case is indeed delirious, but used in the whole phrase "thërrasin si të çartur", it attracks a stronger and more negative colour to it.
