the only way you will have any certainty over the meaning of "di" which could well be dopo incasso, but could well be anything, is to speak to the actual author or somebody who does precisely the same back office banking job. Unfortunately the back office jargon doesn't get onto the Internet much, but tends to stay in the back office. The agency probably won't want to "bother" the client to that extent and probably won't allow you to either, so you might just as well guess.

It's basically a list of all the possible bank transactions being outsourced to a service company, so from processing money orders to managing help desks and issuing credit cards, etc.

I wouldn't translate with "liquidation". The only situation I can imagine where you have no more context is where the agency sent you that phrase in an email with no other information whatsoever. However, maybe we could see the other stuff in the list. After all the list is the context. There is a thing called "commissione di intervento"
