Per potere effettuare un accordo di partecipazione è necessario :
1) che un calciatore sia tesserato e “di proprietà” di una squadra A;
2) che la squadra A trasferisca per intero il calciatore dalla squadra A alla squadra B che diventa l’unica ed esclusiva titolare del contratto del calciatore e di tutto ciò che ne consegue durante la stagione agonistica;
3) che la squadra B trasferisca contemporaneamente alla squadra A, il 50 % degli effetti patrimoniali conseguenti alla titolarità del suo contratto.
