visé et désigné covered by and identified in Explanation: Although there are probably many different ways of formulating it, I thought this might at least be helpful in highlighting the difference between visé and désigné. Note that I too agree with everyone else about the obvious typo of 'vise' for 'visé' — confirmed by the fact that this is pretty much a set expression in this kind of context. |
