English term or phrase: need dates

I am editing a translation for a hotel booking website. The participating hotels have the option to enter specific ***need dates***, i.e. dates where the hotel has A LOT of availability and really NEEDS more business over these dates.

Here's an example sentence:

"Our planners assigned to each request will be able to drive more business to your hotel over your need dates."

I am trying to find out if there is a specific term used for this in German. The translator used "gewünschte Termine," but I have talked to the PM and we decided that this is not strong enough (plus I don't think "Termine" is the right word choice in this context).

For now, I am using "Zeiträume mit hoher Verfügbarkeit," but I am not convinced and would appreciate alternative suggestions.
