Hola, estoy traduciendo una propuesta de una huerta solar y cuando habla de las inversiones necesarias aparece esta frase:

XXX has commenced communication with various Capital Investors and will continue to engage the investors - Private or Public, Debt or Equity- whereby the Investor is willing to recognize XXX´s unique opportunity to meet the growing demand of energy that will reduce the country’s GHG emissions.

Mi intento es: XXX ha iniciado comunicaciones con varios Capitales Inversores y continuará entablando conversaciones con inversores, Públicos, Privados ?????, por medio de los cuales el inversor esté dispuesto a reconocer la oportunidad única...

Creo que a DEBT puedo traducirlo como deuda, pero no se a que se refiere con EQUITY...
