Ca concercerne la coronaire droite et la circonflexe. Ce n'est pas l'"arche" aortique et ce n'est pas assistante de recherche Clinique.
Ca peut être tout simple mais je bloque.

Explanation:
Bearing in mind this is a Canadian text, and from my experience of the mish-mash of English and French that these sometimes produce, I wouldn't be altogether surprised if it's the RCA (Artère Right Coronary). Obviously the purists would throw up their hands in horror, but it's irritatingly common to see mish-mashes of English and the other language in these types of reports. I see it a lot in German ones, for example.

Just a thought, anyway :)

The abbreviation "ARC" is used o p.6 in a similar context as in your text. Unfortunately, I have not been able to figure out what it stands for, but it may (hopefully) be helpful for someone with a broader knowledge of French than I have :-)
