Have to add "business" to "relationships". Alternatively, you could just say "in its business". In banking "un rapporto" is often used in the sense of a customer. An Italian company purchasing goods or services from a blacklisted country would have to make special declarations if it wished to deduct the costs and would be suspected of tax elusion.
