This is on a layout diagram for a "Platine générateur" for a 15kW generator for a plastics press. The diagram shows various terminal blocks, fuses, switches, a transformer and a "carte anti flash 9CAF1". I can guess what this might do (it looks like the usual kind of electronic card in the photo), but can't find anything in glossaries or Google.
