Step 1.Assume a value oft and determine the ratios
L/Da and Daft.
Step 2. Enter Figure G of Section II, Part D, at the value of
L /D a determined in Step 1. For values of L /D 0 greater than 50, enter the chart at a value of L /D a = SO. For values of L/Da less than 0.05, enter the chart at a value of
L/Da = 0.05.
Step 3. Move horizontally to the line for the value of
D 0 /t determined in Step 1. Interpolation may be made

Step 4. Using the value of A calculated in Step 3, enter the applicable material chart in Section II, Part D, for the material under consideration. Move vertically to an inter­ section with the material/temperature line for the design temperature. Interpolation may be made between lines for intermediate temperatures. In cases where the A value falls to the right of the end of the material temperature line, assume an intersection with the horizontal projection of the upper end of the material/temperature line. Enter at the value of...
понимаю как "войдите в график в точке такой-то" - т.е. находим на одной оси искомую точку и от нее ведем прямую до пересечения с изображенной кривой.

На рисунке G изображен график (он же chart).
Одна его ось - отношение L/D0.
Вторая - некий искомый параметр. Предположу, что толщина стенки.
Хотя вроде выше ее каким-то макаром принимают...
Нужно смотреть по самому графику что там.
Enter в данном случае придется переводить описательно.
Как-то типа: "По рисунку G (смотрите раздел II, часть D) определите *толщину*, соответствующую величине L/D0, найденной на этапе 1. Если отношение L/D0 больше 50, определите *толщину* для L/D0=50...".
В общем, там смотреть нужно что на рисунке.

Возможно какие-то подсказки содержатся в пункте 3 или дальше. (что-нибудь ...determined in Step 2).
