Buon pomeriggio a tutti.

Il contesto è un referto medico firmato dal medico chirurgo di una clinica di Chirurgia Ortopedica e Traumatologica e indirizzato ai medici che prenderanno in cura il paziente.

Da quel che si legge nel referto, il paziente è stato vittima di un incidente stradale e ha riportato come lesioni la distorsione del rachide vertebrale e lombare e una contusione al bacino. Non sembra che sia stato necessario operarlo.

wir berichten Ihnen über Herrn (cognome), (nome), geb. am 28.01.1977, aus (indirizzo completo), ***ambulant*** am 21.05.2014.

Ho difficoltà ad interpretare e rendere il termine "ambulant" nel contesto specifico della frase.
