Buon pomeriggio a tutti.

L'espressione in questione si trova in capo a un referto medico indirizzato ai medici che prenderanno in cura il paziente.

Chi firma il documento è il medico chirurgo di una clinica di Chirurgia Ortopedica e Traumatologica. Da quel che si legge nel referto, il paziente è stato vittima di un incidente stradale e ha riportato come lesioni la distorsione del rachide vertebrale e lombare e una contusione al bacino. Non sembra che sia stato necessario operarlo.

Come potrebbe essere resa l'espressione "Weiterbehandelnder Arzt" in tale contesto?

da noi di solito si indirizzano le comunicazioni al "medico curante", che poi è il medico di medicina generale. Io penso che si intenda questo, cioè il medico che normalmente ha in cura il paziente.
