Russian term or phrase: часть седьмая

Положения статей 2 - 10 настоящего Указа, за исключением части второй статьи 3, пунктов 1 - 4 и 6 части второй статьи 5 и части седьмой статьи 10, применяются также к иностранным арбитражным решениям, признание и исполнение которых предусмотрены соответствующим международным договором СССР.

...Смотрю статью 10 и никакой "части" седьмой там нет. Большая глупость, но составители так называют абзац.

Есть тенденция и пункт, и часть переводить таким образом:

п. 3 ст. 10 - Article 10(3)

ч. 7 ст. 4 - тоже Article 4(7).

Я не совсем с этим согласен, т.к. (1), (2) и пр. все-таки предполагает нумерацию.

Не хочется также писать "part 1" (two, three etc.) или "para" (что также, по-моему, предполагает нумерацию).

Может быть, "first (second, etc.) paragraph of Article XXX"?

Например, часть вторая статьи 3 - second paragraph of Article 3

пункты 1-4 и 6 части второй статьи 5 - second paragraph of Article 5 (1)-(4) and (6)?
