The Vendor shall maintain professional indemnity insurance for Vendor's design of the Articles for an amount not less than x for any one claim or series of claims arising out of the same occurrence and in the aggregate. The Vendor shall continue to maintain the professional indemnity insurance up to Acceptance and thereafter for a further period of 5 years. To the extent it is commercially reasonably possible, the insurance policy under this clause shall not be one which must be renewed or replaced during the period of insurance unless agreed in writing by the Purchaser.
