Acho que é como fazem o tal "creme brulee", que fica duro em cima, mas sem certeza também. Enfim, busquei no google por gratinador e obtive 412,000 resultados, vê se te serve. O "under", nesse caso, parece-me ser usado porque a fonte de calor fica acima, mas acho que não fica bom colocar "sob o gratinador". |
