agree  Mario Freitas: Is this the same as a "low-boy"? Usually "drop" is used when you have an opening hatch underneath or when part of the structure is "detachable" from the bottom.

  -> Thanks, Mario. Have a look in Google images. The chassis is "dropped" before and after the wheels to make it very close to the ground.
