Mnogo je primera koji su tokom prošlih vremena pokazivali korišćenje javnih resursa u privatne svrhe. Jedan od primera je i korišćenje službenih stanova koje funkcioneri na osnovu internih propisa ili uredbi, posle službenog korišćenja, otkupljuju po izuzetno povoljnim uslovima. Zakonski bi trebalo regulisati da nijedan organ vlasti ne može nikakvim internim propisom ili uredbom da omogući otkup službenog stana.

disagree  Miomira Brankovic: Ne može nikako. To bi značilo da je on već jednom kupio taj stan, pa ga sad ponovo otkupljuje. To nije slučaj. On je koristio stan (kao stanar), a sada ga kupuje.
