Tengo que traducir un Reseller Agreement y aparece la siguiente frase: "the acceptance or shipment of the orders from the reseller for products after the termination or expiration of this agreement will not be construed as a renewal of this agreement nor a waiver of termination or expiration of the agreement. Any such acceptance shall be deemed an accommodation only". Muchas gracias!!!
