monitoring third parties

Polish translation: monitorowanie działań (przedstawicieli) podmiotów zewnętrznych/współpracujących

English to Polish translations [PRO]
Bus/Financial - Business/Commerce (general) / anti-corruption policy
English term or phrase: monitoring third parties
Jeden z podrozdziałów polityki antykorupcyjnej. Bezpośrednio pod nagłówkiem takie zdanie:

"To minimize the risk of corruption presented by Third Party Representatives, Employees who requested the retention of a Third Party Representative or are involved in managing or compensating such Third Party Representative must closely monitor and review the activities and expenses, including expense reimbursements, of any relevant Third Party Representative."

W definicjach pojęcie "Third Party Representative" wyjaśnione jest jako "Persons or entities engaged by to sell, market or provide goods or services for Company, including distributors and sales agents, as well as persons and entities that otherwise act on behalf of or provide services to Company, including in certain cases business partners, suppliers and vendors."

Kupujący i Sprzedający to dwie strony transakcji.

neutral  Polangmar: Z mojego doświadczenia: "strona trzecia" to jeden podmiot.

agree  George BuLah (X): After a long-time thinking (too long, but its's Saturday :) I'm sure your answer perfectly covers the context; a third party is BEING monitored according to the enire context; I just suggest "Osoba(-y) Trzecia (-e)" in uppercase, instead of "Strona"

-> Thanks, Jacek. I am going through your rigorous legal training. I will note your suggestion in my answer box.

agree  mike23: 'monitorowanie osób trzecich' that's very close to the original and would suffice, without the need to (over)interpret / you could also say "monitorowanie działań osób trzecich"
