Explanation: What is comprised by "urbanisation"? I understand it as concentrating different types of appliances requiring different ambient conditions in different areas. The whole room may be separated by partition walls into individual areas or shops and equipped with appropriate HVAC installations.

Zoning or partioning may be required for cooling purposes as well as for security, noise protection, etc. But, in case the context refers only to the arrangement of racks, the most appropriate term would be "rearrangement". BTW: the French terms are "rangées chaudes, rangées froides" rather than "salles chaudes, salles froides". But if this is interpreted as "Hot room" and "Cold room", it must be highlighted that the “Hot Room” is not always “hot”, but contains the core equipment. However, the name may refer to the temperature in small quarters filled with power dissipating equipment. For as long as anyone could remember, there had always been two server rooms: the Cool Room and the Hot Room. The Cool Room was exactly what you’d expect a server room at a mid-sized technology services firm to be: floor-to-ceiling racks along the walls filled with various servers, battery backups, monitors, and KVMs, all tied together with Ethernet and power cables that were neatly tucked in their trays. And, of course, it was a cool 65°F thanks to a pair of dedicated air conditioning units. The Hot Room, on the other hand, was more like a server closet. It was a cramped 8’ by 10’ room that housed core telecommunications equipment including the firewalls, routers, switches, VPN concentrators, and the PBX system. This room also served as the central hub for the facility’s wiring and had hundreds of cat5 cable running through countless junction boxes. And, of course, it was a sweltering 98°F thanks to all of the equipment that had become even hotter to the touch. : “Move the equipment upstairs to the Cool Room?” Aaron interrupted again, finishing Ted’s sentence, “we’ve already moved what we could. The use of framed lightweight partitions to subdivide a building's space is fast and effective. These partitions are generally required to provide acoustic insulation. They are, as far as possible, to be located at corners or closed to wall partitions to enable more spaces for computer equipment. : Air Distribution Method - Air distribution in computer room is usually classified into "Raised Floor" and "Non-raised Floor" distributions. Raised Floor Distribution system distributes the conditioned air through the floor void to the computer equipment via air grilles or perforated floor panels. The heat dissipate vents of most computer equipment are designed to suit such distribution as it is efficient in air circulation. In Non-raised Floor Distribution, air is distributed either from ceiling via diffusers or simply across the floor. Since air circulation of such distribution is not efficient, it is only recommended for small setups. : Perforated Floor Panel - Perforated floor panel, equipped with air-flow control feature, is recommended for distribution of conditioned air in raised floor distribution system. It is more advantageous than air grille because it enables free placement for heavy computer equipment and has no frame protrusion. Store Room - A normal office air-conditioning system is required for the store room of computer consumable such as magnetic media, printer ribbons and continuous stationery etc. Acclimatization to the computer store is necessary before they are put into use. Power Conditioner Room - Power conditioner, such as UPS, is a heat generating device and is usually housed in a separate room away from the computer equipment.
