Auf der Automechanika 9/12 in Frankfurt haben Autohersteller (z.B. Volvo) und Erstausrüster (wie Bosch, Valeo etc.) insgesamt 120 Strafverfahren wegen Verletzung gewerblicher Schutzrechte eingeleitet. Die Justizbehörden glaubten blind den Anschuldigungen und **erließen die notwendigen Rechtsbeschlüsse im Fließbandverfahren**. Ich war zufällig Zeuge solcher aus meiner Sicht völlig unberechtigter Aktionen. Unter Androhung von Haft wurden die Betroffenen gezwungen, sofort Beträge zwischen Euro 500,- und Euro 1.500,- als Kostenvorschuß für ein Strafverfahren zu bezahlen. Ich bot den Firmen Poliplast,
Covind und Cos.pel meine Hilfe an. Ich hatte angenommen, dass mit meinem Widerspruch die Angelegenheit erledigt gewesen wäre und die Betroffenen das eingezogene Geld zurück erhalten würden.
