il ne s'agit pas d'une chaise roulante, mais d'un scooter électrique pour personnes handicapées. Il n'y a aucune raison d'avoir une temporisation au démararge, "delay" veut dire ici "retard", et non pas "temporisation".
Le descriptif technique du moteur dit ceci :

" Pull‐away Delay (centi‐Seconds) : 0"

0 = zéro = démarrage instantané...
