Currently, in sociological jargon, there are only two terms in use which refer to this phenomenon. The first one is " digital divide" and the second one "digital underclass". Older people without access and knowledge of digital technologies fall into this category. Perhaps then, it is better to use a more descriptive term when speaking about "digitariat".
