Estoy traduciendo un formulario "LIST OF ASSETS - INVENTORY" de una persona fallecida más un formulario ET-706 (estate tax return). Lo que tengo en mente hasta el momento es "anexo", pero ¿se usa "anexo" realmente en estos casos? Figura en las distintas partes del formulario:

"Recapitulation of attached schedules"

"Schedule A"

"Schedule B"

etc.
