Depends a bit on what sort of field this is in; if it is something like fashion that does work in 'seasons', then it might be best to keep the idea in their somehow.

For 'entrée', I often use 'goods inwards' — but I don't think that really woeks here!

In view of the fact this may not be the sort of products that have 'seasons', then maybe just 'new lines' — which goes well with 'réassort' = restocking existing lines

Thanks, I went with "lines" over "collections", as the latter seemed to have connotations with clothing as opposed to a wider range of goods. Thanks to all for really useful input.

As Tony says, it depends what the product is. I think this would work in most businesses. Retaining the cursiveness and that it is an introductory phrase to what follows after the colon.

My suggestion is based on thinking that this phrase is not referring so much to the merchandise, as to the organisational tasks required at the start of the seasonl.

neutral  Tony M: That sort oe 'between-seasons' idea really doesn't have a lot to do with deliveries and warehousing.

  -> I understand that seasonal articles are delivered each morning and articles replenished before 10:00 a.m. are stocked not later than 2 days after delivery. There may exist other clauses for other products.
