Ciao,
ho cercato un po' in giro per il web e ho visto, che il nome tedesco "Kardiomyositis" non è molto usato, invece si usa più "Kardiomyopathie". Perciò potrebbe essere, che anche in italiano è più usato la "cardiomiopatia" invece della "miosite cardiaca".
