determinación sobre la admisibilidad Explanation: "A excepción de los casos que requieran una determinación sobre la admisibilidad del reclamo/queja/conflicto/etc..." Creo que "grievability" se refiere a establecer si el reclamo o queja (dependerá de cómo estés traduciendo "grievance") es susceptible de ser admitido (oído y resuelto) por el árbitro. Otra alternativa podría ser "justiciabilidad", aunque es posible que remita más a un órgano judicial.
