Law/Patents - Law: Contract(s) / Cooperation agreement
Spanish term or phrase: movilidad
The context here is a cooperation agreement between a multinational and a university. This is the final sentence in the "Compromisos de las Universidades Participantes" section, which details the university's obligations.

For "movilidades", I'd certainly use "mobility programmes" (that's why I chose the first example), but not necessarily for 2nd appearance, "ejecución de la movilidad" (mobility implementation).

Exchanges involve both the administration (funding, sending/receiving the transcripts of records, ensuring the students comply with all requirements...) and an "academic coordinator", who helps the student choose the courses they will study abroad and, if recognized, as they are in Spain, for example, what courses in the university of origin will be considered equivalent for transcript purposes. The coordinator must sign what in Spain is called the "contrato académico" (between the home university and the student) and the partner university's "learning agreement".

Asker: Hi Jude. It was actually me who asked you to explain the meaning of your answer, not Alejandro. I'm keeping an open mind, but Alejandro's answer seems more plausible at the moment, particularly because he backed it up with references. Can you provide any examples of "mobilisation" being used in this way?

disagree  Alejandro Alcaraz Sintes: I have never seen "mobilization" used in this context. // I know the meaning of "mobilization" and the word is wrong. I'm afraid it's you that is off track here. In all my years as D. for Mob. Prog. in my Uni., I have never seen or heard it. // Cheers!!

Notes to answerer
Asker: Thanks Alejandro, that seems like the right answer. However I don't think "mobility" works on its own. I think it needs to be followed by "programme" or "period", or something else.
