It is a mobility programme, not Erasmus but a scheme run by a private company that provides grants for students at universities with which it has a relationship to study at another university with which it has a relationship in a foreign country. The grants are quite generous, so there is a competitive procedure to access them.

I think it is. I guess it is something similar to "movlidad de estudiantes para prácticas" (internships) within the Erasmus programme (http://www.oapee.es/oapee/inicio/pap/erasmus/estudiantes-par... http://www.oapee.es/oapee/inicio/pap/erasmus/estudiantes-par... http://internship-uk.com/erasmus.asp).
Maybe David could confirm it's this type of mobility programmes, even if it's not Erasmus.

Yes, it's a call for internship/placement mobility programmes of some kind.
