This one is the title on the first page of the file. Then "Puntos de diferenciación" appears on the top of page 3, which I understand to mean "Point of difference". I'm just not sure whether to use "Differentiation" or "Difference" at the beginning. "Puntos de diferenciación" is followed by this text:

"Para diferenciarte de otras marcas y productos hay que identificar los atributos de tu servicio y potenciarlos. Los principales atributos asociados a una marca son..."
