Não estou encontrando uma tradução para "Artwork". É um contrato de distribuição entre distribuidor e fornecedor e num determinado momento aparece artwork.

Quando se referia aos rótulos coloquei como "ilustração", mas nas demais ocorrências não achei nada que encaixe no texto.

Contexto: "If Distributor develops screens, slogans, other art work (hereinafter referred to as "Artwork")..."
