Spanish term or phrase: filtro poliédrico
Hi,

I'd appreciate if you could help me with this term.

Context:
"Chasis portante en acero galvanizado con capacidad para poner un prefiltro G3 (50mm) y el filtro poliédrico F5."

I think it's something like this but can't find it in English. http://www.airtradecentre.com/ES/ES/documentation/G01.070.1-...

Thanks :)

mini pleat filter

Explanation:
En la referencia está el nombre en español y una marca Erispol (el mismo tipo de filtro que el de tu link), y en el documento pdf ese mismo filtro (Erispol) en inglés. Como está la foto en todos los links se ve que es el mismo tipo de filtro. Espero te sirva.

It must be one of these:

Robert, I would go for "polyhedral filters". As Joel noted below, the references for Multifarious are not trustworthy. I cannot tell you for sure this is already used in industry, since the links I found are mostly for patents, which leads me to believe this is a relatively new product in the market.

Asker: Hi, thanks, these are the same hits I got from google, could you please confirm that these are actually used in the industry, because they could also just be bad/literal translations.

neutral  Joel Schaefer: Polyhedral is the obvious choice, but where did you get multifarious? Multifarious is not used with singular nouns. Also, the first two references are from non-native speaker sources and the third is meaningless.

->  Multifarious was a ProZ enter for Poliédrico. It's likely not adequate, you're tight.
