Annex


Explanation:
Despite the references and with all due respect to the assertions above, in my time in the electronics industry, we always used Annex for the additional documents added to the main part of a contract.
Wikipedia (1st ref) shows the terms are interchangeable. A North American example is at 2nd ref.
It would be best if you can find out what usage is familiar to your client, but appendix sounds more bookish, addendum archaic, and attachment more detached (!) - to me anyway.
