Hola a todos -

I am translating a medical report on an elderly patient with multiple infirmities.

There is a whole section on his medical history and the phrase "A nivel fundo corporal" comes up.

Here is the section of the report:
GASTROSCOPIA:
Lago gástrico claro y mucoso.
Paredes elásticas con buena distensibilidad y motilidad Pliegues de distribución normal.
A nivel fundo corporal la mucosa es de aspecto endoscópico normal.
En el antro la mucosa presenta áreas de congestión y eritema en parches, con pérdida del brillo mucoso normal, sin erosiones, ulceras ni lesiones sospechosas de neoplasia. Se toman biopsias. Piloro central, sin lesiones.

I should mention that in this long report there are many typos. I am wondering if "fundo" is really something else, perhaps even just one letter off but if so, I cannot think of what it might be.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!
